El trato de la dueña conmigo fue amable y empático cuando fui a informarme, y condescendiente y poco transparente una vez mi perro llegó allí. Ni repetiré ni lo recomiendo.

My relatives left their dog there for one month. They handed over a happy, healthy and beautiful dog. When theyy came back, it felt like they were meeting a shadow of him. He was frighteningly thin. He had wounds. He didn’t even look up the same way. Just this quiet, defeated sadness in his eyes that I can’t stop thinking about. Seeing him like that was heartbreaking—honestly, it was a horrible sight. No pet should ever come home in that condition. He was taken straight to the vet. He’s being treated, and thankfully he is recovering now. He’s slowly getting his strength back, one day at a time. But the fact that he to be treated to bring him back from that state is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Obviously he will never stay there and we wouldn't reccomend leaving you dog there. If you’re considering boarding your dog there, go check the conditions yourself. If you can, stop by unexpectedly. Ask questions. Look closely. Your dog can’t tell you what happened while you were gone, and the only protection they have is the choices we make for them. We made the wrong choice and I regret it. I truly hope this was a wake-up call for the place, and that the owners take real steps to improve—because animals deserve care, not neglect. And owners deserve peace of mind, not heartbreak.

Friends’ dog came back very thin, with severely underweight bones visible. The host claims indigestion dog was clearly in bad condition I wasn’t not told this, until pick up,will be filing a complaint on their behalf with animal protection.

The owners are great, they care for the dogs and have a nice piece of land for them to run around on, will deffinately use again🙂
